Serving as the project’s primary liaison with the client, Brannon is responsible for progress reporting, budget estimating, cost control, scheduling, procurement and subcontracting. He coordinates the interfaces between the client, MAI field operations, subcontractors, and the design team. Brannon specializes in the construction management and project coordination of commercial office tenant improvements, laboratories, corporate cafés, fitness centers, HVAC systems, and underground utilities, many of which use design-build delivery. Brannon values his client’s goals and works hard to understand their construction systems allowing him to efficiently complete projects.
