Lab and Office

This project involved the demolition and remodel of a new laboratory facility. The new building is approximately 36,500 SF and consists of two breakrooms, more than 100 work rooms, seven offices, a lobby, a facility shop, a conference room, 18,000 SF of open office space, a stock room, restrooms, casting room, three IT rooms, and a shipping and receiving room.
