Building 2 and 3

The campus expansion project was a complete build out of two (2) buildings to facilitate the growth of this cutting-edge cancer fighting, large bioscience company. The project involved 62,000 SF of Lab & Office. Included in B3, was construction of a Data Center including Generator Backup, UPS power, Redundant HVAC Units, VESDA & Pre-Action Fire Sprinkler system. Outside of the buildings are a 1,320 SF self-supported roof top platform and two (2) Exterior Equipment yards totaling 700 SF. 200KW generators at each building were installed to support the client’s critical needs in a power outage. Our collaborative approach worked to maximize value, looking for savings and helping to ensure costs remain within the clients approved budget.
