This San Jose-based Hardware Developer company retained MAI Construction to provide various tenant improvements to their corporate campus buildings. The interior space was completely gutted and remodeled. A new lobby was built on the southwest side of the building. Existing HVAC units on the roof were removed and new units were installed. New timbers were installed to support the new HVAC units and foam roofing was sprayed on the entire roof. All exterior windows and frames were removed and replaced. New windows and door openings had to be cut on the back side of the concrete tilt-up. All existing sidewalks had to be replaced for ADA compliance on all three sides of the building. Landscaping was also replaced throughout the vicinity and sport court and LED site lighting were installed.
