Lab Renovation Job Completed!

The scope of work consists of the demolition of conference rooms, break room, and lobby. The tenant improvement includes new biochem labs & support area on the first floor of a 2-story building. Included new routing of electrical conduit from electrical room to new lab space, including installing new panelboards that involved supporting existing lab chambers containing critical samples/products while performing standby power shutdown. Included new routing of HVAC to newly converted lab space throughout the building. New labs received new casework, fume hoods, fridges & freezers, VCT flooring, epoxy paint, process gas utilities, DI water, and aluminum wire mold throughout. Extension of the existing corridor to the exterior included new LVT flooring, paint refresh, and a new storefront entrance.
