The 970 Stewart Avenue tenant improvement project was a complete demolition and re-build of a new 32,000 sf open office space floor plan. The build out included conference rooms, a board room, a lobby, restrooms, and a health department approved café, servery, and dining area.
The design-build process allowed the MAI project team to collaborate with Pharmacyclics, designers, and subcontractors early on, ensuring the final set of drawings were complete and changes did not occur later on. The project was successfully delivered to Pharmacyclics on time and within budget. The overall construction value was $3.1M over a 20 week time period.
