Lab Expansion

The project consisted of converting existing private and open office space on the 4th floor into lab and a refresh of existing lab space on the 3rd floor to better suite business needs. Scope included new finishes and MEP infrastructure upgrades to meet client's lab standards. Expanded lab areas required the installation of new rooftop units and associated structural upgrades over 24/7 active labs.
