Procedure Suite and Vein Suite

MAI Construction was retained to provide general contractor services for a San Ramon based MOB. Construction included a procedure suite as well as a vein suite.

The new procedure suite was built out to be converted to a full OSHPD 3 general surgical center. Second floor location proved to be particularly challenging as the three (3) story building was fully operational. The suite required a custom HVAC/HEPA split system to be installed in extremely limited interstitial space without affecting the operations of the medical practices on the other floors.

The vein suite was created from two existing suites that were brought down to shell conditions. This project included one procedure room, two exam rooms, doctors offices, a restroom, a break room, and a reception area.
