University Health and Recreation Center Remodel

MAI Construction was hired to remodel their recreation sports center. The Health and Recreation Center services students, faculty, staff, and limited neighborhood patrons. This project consisted of remodeling a 1,500 SF weight room and the renovation of an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is one of the largest indoor swimming pool in California. The pool was drained, the existing plaster was removed, and new plaster, tile and in-pool lighting was installed. We also painted the entire interior of the pool, building, and installed new lighting throughout.
