Pond and Sitework

MAI Construction was retained by a leading high tech company to provide ADA improvements to on site walkways as well as two new ADA compliant walkways connecting the site.
The project also includes partial filling of the existing pond for water conservation purposes. New wood decking and seating across the site were created. Updated landscaping featuring water efficient irrigation was also installed throughout the project.
