Throughout the year, MAI Construction volunteers donate their time, energy and money to charitable initiatives which help strengthen and improve the health of our community. Since 2015, our roster has included Turning Wheels for Kids. USF Biotech Workspace Remodeling Project The project began as part of a facility remodel undertaken as a result of a $2 million gift to the university from biotech entrepreneur Kirk Schroeder and his wife, Nicole. As part of the gift, the university needed a laboratory and workspace suitable for advanced biotech studies as well as staff to manage and monitor the new interdisciplinary biotechnology course.
