Project Managers

Project managers serve as the primary liaison with the client. They work on all aspects of preconstruction and construction with budget estimating, subcontract negotiation, reporting, scheduling, accounting, quality, safety, profit projections and all day-to-day challenges. They coordinate the interfaces between the client, field operations, subcontractors, and the design team. Project managers value our client’s goals and work hard to understand their construction systems allowing them to efficiently complete projects.

Superintendents

Superintendents provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects. They are responsible for scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion and that the contracted scope of work is in compliance and fully executed. Superintendents perform quality control duties and coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. They ensure that all subcontractors comply with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

Project Engineers

Our project engineers are responsible for coordinating with project managers and superintendents as well as subcontractor’s day-to-day project activities. They manage the RFI and submittal process and keep all project logs and drawings current. As field-office liasons, they support all field operations. Project engineers coordinate all close out processes, including administration of punch list items, providing information on proper use and maintenance of all equipment, submission of all O&M’s, warranty letters, and as-builts.
